Oklahoma Shoot Calendar — 2027 Planning

Approved In review Conflict

2027 scheduling meeting

How the scheduling rounds work

All times are Central Time. Each round has a specific purpose so Oklahoma’s approved dates can move to NSCA without being delayed by the few dates that may need a board decision.

1

Monday, November 2 · 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

Submit every requested date

Each participating club enters all of its requested 2027 tournament dates and then marks its submission complete. Clubs may reopen their entries while Round 1 remains open.

What happens next: When Round 1 closes, uncontested dates are approved automatically and overlapping requests move to Round 2.

2

Tuesday, November 3 · 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

Work through conflicting dates

Affected clubs talk directly. A club may move or surrender a request, or every affected club may agree to hold shoots on the same date. Those actions remain in the permanent audit record.

What happens next: Resolved dates advance. Anything still open moves to the administrator’s final review.

3

Tuesday, November 3 · 5:01 p.m.–Wednesday, November 4 · 5:00 p.m.

Complete the statewide schedule

The administrator approves properly resolved dates and follows up on any remaining questions. This closes the regular range-owner scheduling process.

What happens next: All approved dates are locked and prepared for immediate submission to NSCA. Unresolved conflicts do not hold up the rest of the state.

B

Begins Wednesday, November 4 · 5:01 p.m.

Board review for unresolved dates

Each affected club may present its case. The board votes and awards the contested date. The administrator records the result and sends the awarded date to NSCA as a supplemental update.

Season closure: The overall season remains in board review until every returned board decision has been recorded. Previously approved dates are not delayed.
